What was done: my linkedin profile was nowehere to be found in the Google Search Results for the search term, "warren pattison." I optimized my linkedin profile by making the URL more search friendly and added a link to my profile from my blog.
Update 6/17/2007: My linkedin profile is now ranked #2 in Google, #1 in Yahoo and still in no-man's land in MSN.
